At LeanFuture we recognise that each person is individual and has unique needs. We are all unique. Health is multidimensional. There are so many variables when it comes to our health that it is impossible for all our needs to be the same. Factors like our genetics, our mother’s pregnancy, foods we were fed, circumstances we were born into all come into play.
The way these factors come together for any individual affects our bio-individual health so here at Lean Health, we recognise that no one diet fits all. It is not as simple as executing a healthy diet or exercise regimen. If it were that easy everyone would be healthy, here we understand that because of the complexity and diversity of your health needs there is a lot more to it than just making the right choices.
It’s figuring out through coaching and implementation what the right decisions are for you as a unique individual. We consider the following:- Your environment; Diet; Physical activity; Your spiritual needs; Career; Relationships.
Lifestyle factors like personal finances, spirituality, creativity, and home environment impact our physical, emotional, and mental health. For example, having a spiritual practice may help reduce stress, improve quality of life and increase longevity. Financial stress has been shown to lead to inflammation and may increase the risk for chronic diseases. Creative self-expression has been linked to improved self-esteem, delay cognitive decline and reduce symptoms of depression. Creating a home environment that’s organised and clean can help support emotional and physical health.
Our Working Process

Our Working Process
We offer a programme that will help you break free of the dieting cycle.
We encourage you to establish goals by focusing on self-management and internal motivation. We partner with you to identify health goals.
We take a health History with you to determine the things that may be holding you back from your health, happiness and weightloss goals

Coaching Sessions
We offer 50 minute Coaching sessions per week for six months. In these sessions we provide lifestyle coaching.
At the end of each session you will know more than you came in about how to live – that might include learning how to cook, how to handle stress better, how to sleep better. We provide ongoing email support; group workshops; cooking classes.
We believe that just knowing about food doesn’t bring about change. The greatest obstacle isn’t lack of information.
We explore what’s going on on deeper levels and implement and execute action steps that fuel long term wellness

Deeper Transformation
We help you develop and progress towards personal wellness goals by building self awareness of feelings, mindsets and behaviours, exploring areas of life that might be out of balance, setting effective and achievable goals, identifying perceived barriers, implementing healthy lifestyle changes, and staying accountable.
Deeper transformation results from moving through these areas.
